Anne brings to her teaching a wealth of experience (40 plus years). Anne has seen her students through to tertiary level and has taught at that level in theory/harmony at Victorian College of the Arts.
She is an enthusiastic advocate for Strings and possesses a good understanding of teaching advanced and younger students.
Anne prepared students for the VCE Music & Solo Performance as well as advanced AMEB examinations in Violin at Leongatha Secondary College in 2000 and at Newhaven College, Phillip Island including computer music for aural training and composition in 1993.
She taught the Victorian Music Teachers’ Association String Masterclass at Melbourne High School in September 2000 for VCE students / AMEB grade 6 and upwards.
She taught Suzuki Violin at the Wollongong Conservatorium.
Anne has taught at a number of private schools including Haileybury (at Keysborough, Brighton and Berwick Campii) Wesley (at Prahran), Mary McKillop Regional College and Leongatha Christian School (in Leongatha) Newhaven College (on Phillip Island) as well as State Secondary and Primary schools in Sydney, Melbourne, South Gippsland and Mornington in individual and group lessons in Violin, Viola and Cello.
She taught at Flinders Christian Community College in Carrum Downs and Tyabb.
Currently teaching at 880 Canterbury Rd. Box Hill and in her own private studio.
